Babu Venkatesh, CEO and President

Babu Venkatesh is CEO and President of PA. Babu is responsible for strategic planning and the overall direction of the Company. With over 15 years in the Information Technology sector, prior to joining PA, Babu was Senior Technical Manager for Bull SA’s affiliate in India, where he was responsible for the development of systems in a variety of technologies. Babu holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.

Ashu Chahal joined PA at its inception in the U.S and is responsible for operations and technical marketing for national clients for projects, value added staffing and ERP. Ashu has over 10 years experience in the Information Technology sector. Prior to joining PA, he was a Technical Consultant with Motorola and Senior Systems Analyst in Tata Consulting Services, one of the largest software development and consulting firms in Asia where Ashu was responsible for developing software for a number of Fortune 500 clients. Ashu has a Bachelor in Engineering from Pune University, an MBA in Finance, Masters Degree in Cost Accounting and Masters Degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

George Karimundackal is the CEO of Professional Access’s Indian unit; Professional Access Software Development Pvt. Ltd. George has more than 10 years of experience in Information Technology, having started his career with the IT division of Tata Engineering, now Tata Motors. His specialization has been the design and implementation of ERP systems for manufacturing and distribution enterprises. Since 1998, George has been with Professional Access at its corporate headquarters in New York, where he has played a number of different roles over the years. As the head of the ERP practice in Professional Access, he has managed ERP implementation teams across the United States for industries ranging from chemicals and pharmaceuticals to consumer products. Over the last two years, as Vice President, Global Operations, George has been instrumental in establishing the current operations for PA in India at Mumbai and Bangalore. George holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, and a Masters Degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.

He has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked for Honeywell-Bull, NCR etc prior to joining Professional Access. He has been with PA for over 5 years running a business unit out of Boston. He brings tremendous experience in Project management, Account management and Management of outsourced development efforts for large & complex projects for the retail services vertical. He has rich background working with large retail powerhouses worldwide including Target, P&G, and Cabela's etc He has international experience and has a great sense for customer satisfaction.

His responsibilities include overseeing sales, consulting services, business development and customer care in the Midwest region. Before joining Professional Access Kumar spent his professional career from 1989 to 1996 at Modi Telecom and ETL India. At Modi he was instrumental in setting up their Sales and Marketing Infrastructure for their southern Region. Within the first year of operation Modi's achieved 70% market share in the Major Accounts segment under his leadership. Kumar was the technology sales manager at ETL India and was responsible for technical sales and project management. Kumar has a Bachelor in Electronics and Communications from University of Madras.

Her responsibilities include Relationship Management, Reporting to major customers and managing other members of the Financial services Sales team. Laurie joined PA in 1998 and was part of a core team that developed the Citibank account after Professional Access originally became vendors. Laurie holds a BA in English from Boston College.
