  Employee Based Model
 
PA strives to provide its clients truly value added services, and It does so by maintaining its own employee pool, training them and keeping them abreast of the latest technologies. Our employees are all highly trained professionals in PA’s focus technologies and are predominantly used for client’s consulting needs. PA prides itself on the quality of its employees; historically it has maintained a 98% defect free track record with its clients. Additionally, because PA employs its resources on a long-term basis it is able to provide its service to all its clients at least 20%-40% cheaper compared to other agencies that rely on costly intermediaries for sourcing.

PA has extensive specialization and industrial expertise with the Financial Services/Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, Retail & Manufacturing, Aerospace, Healthcare, Media and the e-Business sectors and has developed extensive man-years of experience in providing solutions to the various business problems in these industries. PA also specializes in and has vast experience in executing projects with aggressive time-to-market on a fixed-price basis. PA will transfer all its domain knowledge to its clients thereby ensuring the highest level of quality.

  PA has an established training center for its employees through which training is provided to all employees.
   
  Quality Assurance
 
As a software development company, PA understands technology and is able to thoroughly evaluate the technical skills and abilities of its employees-- reasons why PA maintains a 98% defect free service level with its clients. PA has very well defined quality metrics, which are part of the Total Quality Initiative followed by the company worldwide.
   
  Re-Usable Teams
 
PA provides its Clients its unique facility of “ Re-usable Teams”. This facility allows PA’s clients to reuse PA’s technical and business consultants as and when the need arises. For example if a Client uses a team of consultants for a development project, and 6 months after development the client needs consultants from the same team for enhancements or support, PA can provide them, thus resulting in no re-training and business logic transfer cost.
   
  JAD (Joint Application Development)
 
PA gives the flexibility and option of undertaking Joint Application Development with all its Clients. The projects here will be undertaken jointly with the client. PA will also give its clients the option and flexibility of using all of PA’s resources like office space, infrastructure etc.
   
  Multi-Site Development
 
PA has 5 Software Development Centers, of which two are in the US (On-shore centers in Boston & New York) and Two in India (Offshore center in Mumbai and Bangalore) and one in Brazil (Nearshore center). PA will help its clients to reduce costs by undertaking development of fixed price projects/outsourcing solutions out of these centers.
   
  Global Support
 
PA is currently supporting all its clients on a global basis out of its offices from London, Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Melbourne, Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai and 8 offices in the US. PA’s Clients can leverage PA’s global presence to support projects that span across counties/continents.
   
  Research & Development and Prototyping
 
PA’s development centers and labs undertakes a number of researches with respect to emerging technologies and provide benchmarks on critical technologies to its clients. PA is also able to customize research specific to the clients needs. PA can undertake such R&D for its clients.
   
  Low Cost Procurement
 
PA enables its clients to procure skills at very low rates. Due to the market dynamics, PA can bring its employees from its off -shore and other development centers as well as from any of its other locations on ‘Employee Transfer Visas/L1’s. These employees will be brought on only for the duration of the projects. This way PA can ensure that it supports its clients on a global basis from all its offices throughout the world.
   
  Dedicated Resources
 
PA will provide a dedicated Account Management teams for it’s Clients in the US and if needed, in other parts of the world. This dedicated team will consist of the National Account manager, Regional Managers, Sales people, Technical Recruiters and Dedicated Support Staff. This would result in quick response times and complete accountability and responsibility.
   
   
 
 

  P-Relay  
  P-Relay replaces the manual, expensive paper-based process with an automated procurement system that is faster, cheaper and easier to work with.
